Choosing your wedding flowers can seem very daunting and stressful and I understand how you feel from my own experience – where do you start, how much should you spend, what options are available, whats in season and so the list goes on.
It’s your wedding day and I feel it is important that both your personalities are reflected throughout it and that you are given every option available to make your day truly wonderful, unique and amazing.
Hopefully with my enthusiasm, passion and knowledge I can offer guidance and advice to help you make all your wedding floral decisions in a friendly and relaxing way. A good place to start is with a free informal no obligation wedding consultation which is scheduled at a time convenient to you. We can meet at your home, or your chosen venue, alternatively I am happy to meet at my home if this is more suitable. There is no obligation to follow up after the consultation if you decide this isn’t for you.
I have a wealth of experience ranging from very simple table arrangements to full venue decoration. All my designs are created exclusively for you whether you have a grand affair or intimate wedding, whether you want an abundance of floral materials or flowers to blend into the background, whatever you have in mind I can offer truly stunning flowers to suit your personalities and wow your guests.
To ensure you have the floral designs that you require, I offer guidance, advice and ideas and hopefully you will also find inspiration in my portfolios and social media pages. I have an extensive knowledge of floral materials that will be available in the month you are getting married whether these are seasonal or the more exotic. Don’t worry if you don’t know the names of flowers there are plenty of images in my portfolios that should help you explain what florals you like.
If you have made a mood board or have any ideas I would very much like to discuss these with you as well, alternatively we can start from scratch.
I only work with the finest florals sourced from leading wholesalers ultimately providing gorgeous flowers, exquisite embellishments and accessories to give your wedding a truly unique feel, all within your budget, which I can help and advise you with or if you have a budget in mind I can adapt the designs to ensure it stays within this, which is so important to me. I also have a huge range of stock items available, whether it is glassware, vases, pedestals, feathers, beads and Swarovski crystals.
Everyone has so many wonderful ideas for their wedding and I love to be given a challenge or an idea to spark my imagination as its really exciting seeing how it evolves over time and then seeing it become a reality. From the moment you commission Heidi Appleyard Floral Design to design your wedding flowers you will be in very safe hands, by offering advice, Design Consultations and being contactable, so you know what is happening every step of the way.
If you require a change over from ceremony to wedding breakfast for example that’s no problem at all and this can all be done completely stress free whilst you are enjoying your reception drinks and we’ll even come back at the end of your wedding to dismantle the floral designs from the hired glassware, stands etc and leave the floral designs for you and your guests to enjoy long after your wedding day has passed.

I do not have a minimum spend and work with all kinds of budgets, whether your celebration is small and intimate, or large and extravagant, your floral designs will be perfect in every way.
