My name is Heidi Appleyard and I’m an award winning, fully qualified (BA Hons in Professional Floristry and Floral Design) Florist and Floral Designer based in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire (about 10 miles outside of Cambridge City Centre) with over 18 years experience in bespoke floristry and floral Design.
As a self confessed flower addict, I am passionate about floral design and I offer a truly bespoke and tailor-made service. I am never happier than when I am surrounded by and working with natures flora, experimenting with colour stories and creating beautiful and timeless floral designs that are in tune with the seasons. I truly hope that every recipient of my floral designs sees as much beauty in them as I do, to me they are sunshine for the sole and natures floral tapestry, weaving their loveliness wherever they are seen.
I use the finest fresh and dried floral materials sourced within the UK and through worldwide markets of the highest quality and on request I am also happy to use faux florals.
Although I mainly work in the Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Bedford, Essex and Hertfordshire areas I am more than willing to travel further and will be happy to discuss this with you.
I specialise in weddings and events and with my enthusiasm and passion I strive to create floral designs that are fitting to your requirements but also live on in your memories long after your wedding day has passed.
I also provide corporate work, sympathy designs, bouquets, gifts or other special occasion arrangements.
